Thank you for attending the APEC-SSS 2016.
The information about proceedings is given below.

Please read guideline carefully before submission.

The proceedings will be published from the Physical Society of Japan (JPS Conference Proceedings)

Authors are invited to submit papers presenting their original and unpublished research (added on Oct. 5th).

The manuscripts will undergo a peer reviewing process, and the proceedings will be published in 2017.

Note that only authors who have presented their research on-site can submit a manuscript for the proceedings.

Schedule

– First submission deadline: Oct. 31st, 2016

– Notification of first decision: Nov. 30th, 2016

– Revision submission deadline: ~~Dec. 31st, 2016~~ -> Jan. 11th, 2017

– Notification of final decision: ~~Jan. 15th, 2017~~ -> Jan. 26th, 2017

– Final manuscripts deadline: ~~Jan. 31st, 2017~~ -> Feb. 11th, 2017

Approximately from 5 to 10 pages

Please create an account for submission and submit your manuscript in PDF format.

Program No. is presentation number described in the program in the homepage.

The authors do not need to fill the followings in the submission website.

– Short Summary to the Editor

– Suggested Referees

– Unsuggested Referees

The authors do not need to insert a “Received date”, i.e., blank is OK, when they submit the first version (deadline: Oct. 31st, 2016).

The authors need to insert a “Received date” when they submit the final version (deadline: Jan. 31th, 2017).
